Automated Lubrication Sales Associate Position Summary

We are seeking a permanent, full-time motivated, self-driven individual to increase new account sales as an Outside Automated Lubrication Sales Associate for the Central Ontario (Barrie) market. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing business, as well as developing new account opportunities and following up on potential leads. The ability to initiate business, negotiate, communicate and problem solve is imperative. It is essential that you are familiar with economic trends and can analyze and adapt to current market conditions. The ideal candidate has a proven successful track record related to our industry.

Automated Lubrication Sales Associate Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understand the benefit of automated lubrication to explain the value proposition.
  • Investigate new sources to benefit from automated lubrication systems and develop relationships.
  • Promote company services to existing clients.
  • Complete daily logs for customer procurement.
  • Participate in monthly forecasting meetings to coordinate the development of short and long-term strategies.
  • Maintain account paperwork and submit to accounting weekly.
  • Communicate information to the operations manager, logistics team, and finance for each account.
  • Consult with clients after purchase to provide ongoing support.
  • Other duties as requested.

Automated Lubrication Sales Associate Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience as an account representative in a related field
  • Existing relationships in our market segments
  • Experience in the mobile equipment / truck and trailer market
  • Mechanical Understanding of equipment operation
  • Familiarity of equipment components
  • Understand and work with payback calculators
  • Proven superior organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
  • High degree of initiative with a capacity to achieve goal under minimal supervision.


Sales: 1 –2 years (preferred)


Class G Licence (preferred)
